摘　　要：目的对大学生休闲状态和游戏行为进行分析和探讨。方法运用SPSS 18.0软件对443名在校大学生的网络游戏行为选择与休闲状态进行相关性分析,并通过单因素方差分析网络游戏行为对大学生学习和生活的影响。结果大学生网络游戏与其他休闲活动存在替代关系;对"休闲"了解不够,渴望从游戏中获得"归属感"和应对心理压力是大学生参与游戏的主要原因;大学生游戏的时间与游戏类型的选择有关;玩游戏的时长对大学生的生活有显著影响。结论高校教育者应加强对大学生的休闲教育,重塑大学生的休闲观念;注重心理健康教育,培养大学生健全的人格与积极的应对方式;开展丰富社会实践活动,让大学生的休闲生活根植于社会实践。Objective To investigate the current situation of college students′ leisure activities and online games behavior. Methods A questionnaire survey on online game behavior of 443 college students was conducted. Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS) software is applied to analyze the correlation between online game behavior, personal characteristics and leisure status of college students and one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) was applied to explore the influence of online game behavior on college students′ study and life. Results There was a substitution relationship between online games and other leisure activities. The main reasons for college students to participate in games were lacking of awareness of leisure, desiring for the sense of belonging and coping with psychological pressure from real life. The game time of college students was related to the choice of game type and the time of online games was related to college students ′ life. Conclusion Educators in college should strengthen leisure education and renew leisure concept, strengthen mental health education and cultivate college students′ healthy personality and positive life attitudes, strengthen the shaping of ideals and beliefs and the education of values, enhance the learning motivation of college students.
