摘  要:填料工程性质直接影响路基填筑质量,对线路长期服役性能具有重要影响。依托浩吉重载铁路工程,以岳阳至吉安段沿线分布的路基填料为研究对象,通过开展室内土工试验,分析泥质板岩全风化物及化学改良土填料的基本工程性质,探讨其用作重载铁路路基填料的可行性,并提出相应的改良措施。试验分析表明:泥质板岩全风化物为高液限粉质黏土,属于D2组填料,用于重载铁路路基填筑时应进行加固或改良;采用掺配比3.0%的水泥或6.5%的石灰进行改良后,试样无侧限抗压强度能满足规范要求,可用于基床底层和基床以下路堤部位的填筑;考虑施工安全储备和工程成本,建议选取掺配比为3.5%的水泥改良土填料用于现场填筑。施工阶段累计使用166.7万m^(3)泥质板岩全风化物的水泥改良土,解决了大方量弃土及取土问题。The engineering properties of filler directly affect the quality of subgrade filling and impose great impact on the long-term service performance of the line. Relying on the construction of Haole Baoji-Ji’an Heavy-haul Railway project and taking the subgrade filling of Yueyang-Ji’an Section of Haole Baoji-Ji’an Heavy-haul Railway as the research object, this paper analyzes basic engineering properties of fully weathered argillaceous slate and chemically modified soil filling based on indoor geotechnical tests, discusses the feasibility of using them as subgrade filler for heavy-haul railway, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures. Experimental study shows that: the fully weathered argillaceous slate is silty clay with high liquid limit and belongs to group D2 packing, reinforcement or improvement should be carried out when it is used for subgrade filling of heavy haul railway;after improved with 3.0% of cement or 6.5% of lime, its unconfined compressive strength can meet the strength requirements of the code and it can be used to fill the bottom layer of foundation bed and the embankment under foundation bed;in view of the construction safety reserve and engineering cost, it is recommended to select the improved soil filler with 3.5% of cement for site filling. In the construction stage, a total of 1.667 million cubic meters of cement improved soil with fully weathered argillaceous slate is used, which solves the problem of large amount of abandoned soil and soil collection.
