摘 要:基于医学知识的迅猛发展及新时代赋予医学教育的神圣使命,基础医学实验教学亟需改革,以培养引领现代医学发展,服务未来健康需求的医学人才。聚焦于学生视角,选择两组具有代表性的临床医学8年制学生调研,一组为刚开始基础医学学习的三年级学生,另一组为已经完成医学专业教育,并进行了一定的科研和临床实践的七年级学生。结果表明,两组学生对传统课程设置和教师带教模式有较高认同;亦认为实验教学有助于理论理解,而对敬业精神和人文素养收效甚微。七年级学生在提倡整合式教学和提高自行设计实验比重方面与三年级学生存在明显差别;在教学内容上,七年级学生更关注前沿技术和研究思路以及掌握常用实验方法,而三年级学生则侧重理论知识理解。两组学生就读经历的调研结果为后续基础医学实验教学改革提供参考,改变了教学改革中学生视角缺席的现状。In view of the exponentially expanding of medical knowledge and the sacred mission of medical education in the new era,the experimental teaching for basic medical science is in urgent need for reform with the object of training medical talents who will be taking up prominent roles and meeting the health care needs of communities and populations in the coming years.This article focuses on critically examining the perceptions of students on the experimental teaching for basic medical science.The article involves two representative groups of eight-year clinical medicine students.The first group comprises of third-grade students who have just begun their basic medical science courses whereas the second group comprises of seventh-grade students who have finished their professional and medical education,conducted scientific research and engaged in clinical practice.The two groups of students value conventional curriculum design and teacher-directed teaching models.They also think that while experimental courses are helpful for the acquisition of theoretical knowledge,it does little to improve work ethics and increase humanistic values.There are differences between the seventh-grade students and the third-grade students in supporting integrated teaching strategies and increasing the proportion of self-designed experiments.In terms of teaching content,the seventh-grade students pay more attention to leading technologies,research design and mastering research approaches whereas the third-grade students focus on grasping theoretical knowledge.The research results of the students’learning experience provide initial information for the subsequent process of reform and remedy the current situation where student’s experience are paid insufficient heed to.
