摘　　要：设计了高分子材料失效分析的综合性实验,并将其运用于材料类专业实验教学中。实验以实际工程运用中失效的高分子材料为切入点,引导学生通过材料测试、数据分析、资料查找等手段对失效材料进行科学合理分析,给出失效原因。通过螺纹接头断裂失效分析、单向阀密封圈开裂失效分析两个教学案例,展示了此类实验项目的教学实施方法。实验的开展进一步巩固了学生所学高分子材料、材料测试方法与工程力学等多方面知识,激发了学生学习热情,培养了综合能力,教学效果得到有效提升。A comprehensive experiment entitled"failure analysis of polymer"was designed and applied to the professional experimental teaching of material.This experimental project takes the invalidated polymer materials in practical engineering application as the entrance,and guides students to conduct scientific and reasonable analysis of the invalidated materials by means of material testing,data analysis,data search,etc.,and gives the reasons for the invalidation.In this paper,two teaching cases of fracture failure analysis of threaded joint and crack failure analysis of one-way valve seal ring are presented to demonstrate the teaching implementation methods of such experimental projects.The development of the experiment further consolidates students'knowledge of polymer materials,material testing method and engineering mechanics and other aspects,and stimulates students'enthusiasm for learning,cultivates comprehensive ability,so as to improve the teaching effect.
