摘 要:目的探讨"互联网+"线上线下混合式临床教学模式在妇科肿瘤科实习中的应用效果。方法选择2020年7月1日-2020年12月31日在某医科大学附属肿瘤医院妇瘤科实习的82名本科实习学生为研究对象,随机分为两组,传统教学组(n=41)与线上线下混合式教学组(n=41)。传统教学组采用现场教学的模式,线上线下混合式教学组以多种互联网平台为教学媒介,开展"互联网+"新型混合式教学模式。实习后,比较两组学生的出科成绩、教学满意度及教学效果。结果实验组学生轮转出科考核成绩为(99.98±0.16)分,对照组出科考核成绩为(94.51±3.28)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.001。实验组学生出科时带教满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。实习结束后实验组在病史采集、体格检查、人文关怀、西医诊治、医患沟通、组织效能、临床胜任力方面测评成绩优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在妇科临床教学中实施线上线下混合式临床教学模式可有效提高临床教学效果,提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the"Internet+"online and offline hybrid new clinical teaching model in the practice of gynecological oncology.Methods A total of 82 undergraduate internship students in the Department of Gynecology and Oncology,Affiliated Tumor Hospital of a Medical University from July 1,2020 to December 30,2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control,the traditional teaching group(n=41)and Online and offline mixed teaching group(n=41).The traditional teaching group adopts the teaching mode of on-site teaching,and the online and offline mixed teaching group uses a variety of Internet platforms as the teaching medium to develop the"Internet+"new mixed teaching mode.After a period of internship,compare the two groups of students’academic performance,teaching satisfaction and teaching effect.Results The students in the experimental group had scores of(99.98±0.16)in the examination of the subjects in rotation,and the scores of the control group were(94.51±3.28)in the examinations of the subjects.The examination scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.001).The satisfaction of the students in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the internship,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of medical history collection,physical examination,humanistic care,western medicine diagnosis and treatment,doctor-patient communication,organizational effectiveness,and clinical competence(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of online and offline mixed clinical teaching mode in gynecology clinical teaching can significantly improve the clinical teaching effect.
