摘  要:目前循证医学时代,骨科临床教学中引入循证医学,能够引导学生主动学习并建立终身学习意识。临床教学中常用的3种教学模式各有利弊,传统授课模式不利于培养学生主动学习能力、理论结合实践等能力;以问题为基础的学习模式能够提高学生自主解决问题能力,并能够提升学生的满意度,但仍具有学生讨论不充分、教师引导不深入等问题;以案例为基础的学习模式在促进学生自主学习的同时,更好地将理论与实践相结合,在临床教学中取得了较高的评价,而部分学者探究了多种教学模式相结合,同样获得了良好的教学效果。临床实践在骨科教学中具有非常重要的意义,优秀的骨科临床教学务必做到理论与实践相结合。Introduced the characteristics of orthopaedic clinical graduate teaching,and pointed out the necessity of introducing evidence-based medicine into orthopaedic clinical teaching in the current era of evidence-based medicine,which can guide students to learn actively and establish lifelong learning consciousness.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of three teaching modes commonly used in clinical teaching were analyzed,and it was pointed out that the lecture-based learning is not conducive to cultivating students’ability of active learning and combining theory with practice;The problem-based learning can improve students’ability to solve problems independently and improve students’satisfaction,but it still has some problems,such as insufficient discussion by students and lack of in-depth guidance by teachers;The case-based learning not only promotes students’autonomous learning,but also better combines theory and practice,and has achieved high evaluation in clinical teaching.Some scholars have explored the combination of various teaching models,and also achieved good teaching results.Finally,it emphasized the necessity of clinical practice in orthopaedic teaching,and pointed out that excellent orthopaedic clinical teaching must combine theory with practice.
