组织变革视域下大学跨学科研究组织形式创新路径研究

摘　　要：跨学科研究已成为应对社会复杂议题与科学前沿问题的重要研究范式,然而大学跨学科研究活动的开展受传统学科组织壁垒的限制,变革既有的学术组织结构、创新跨学科研究组织形式是保障跨学科研究组织行为的关键。国外知名大学在推进跨学科研究发展的进程中,经历了"解构—建构—制度化"的组织变革过程,在"内构"与"外拓"两种路径下创新了多样态的跨学科研究组织,并建立了与跨学科研究组织相匹配的运行机制。促进中国大学跨学科研究组织发展应着力创造组织变革动力,以强外部推力驱动大学跨学科研究组织发展;内外路径并进,创建多样态跨学科研究组织;制度化跨学科研究组织,稳固跨学科研究组织行为。Interdisciplinary research has become an important research paradigm to deal with social complex issues and scientific frontier issues. However, the development of interdisciplinary research activities in universities is hindered by the barriers of traditional disciplinary organizations. The key to guaranteeing interdisciplinary research organizations’ behavior is to reform the existing academic organization structure and innovate the interdisciplinary research organization form. In promoting the development of interdisciplinary research, renowned foreign universities have gone through the organizational reform process of "deconstruction-construction-institutionalization". "Internal construction" and "external extension" are the two main paths that universities chose to create a variety of interdisciplinary research organizations. Accordingly, universities established the matching operation mechanism. To promote the development of university interdisciplinary research organizations in China, efforts should be made to create impetus for organizational change and drive its development with strong external thrust;create a variety of interdisciplinary research organizations by the combination of internal and external path;institutionalize interdisciplinary research organizations and stabilize their organizational behavior.
