摘  要:为了分析低压铸造高温极端工况下O形密封圈的密封特性及密封失效问题,根据工况顺序,基于Mooney-Rivlin模型,采用ANSYS有限元分析了O形密封圈不同温度、压缩率、介质压力条件下的密封特性及密封失效位置。结果表明:温度升高、压缩率减小、介质压力增大均使易破损位置向密封槽上过渡圆角处移动;当介质压力为2 MPa,压缩率在10%~15%之间时,密封性能提高,破损机率降低;当温度为150℃,介质压力高于2.5 MPa,且压缩率低于5%时,破损机率升高;较小的压缩率不仅使密封性能降低,而且使破损机率增加。In order to analyze the O-ring sealing characteristics and sealing failure under the high temperature in the low pressure casting,according to the working condition sequence,based on the Mooney-Rivlin models,the O-ring sealing characteristics and sealing failure location under the different temperature,compression ratio and medium pressure condition are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis.The results show that with the temperature increasing,compression ratio decreasing and medium pressure increasing,the easily damaged position moves to the transition fillet on the sealing groove.When the medium pressure is 2 MPa,the compression ratio is between 10%and 15%,the sealing performance is improved and the failure probability is reduced.When the temperature is 150℃,the medium pressure is higher than 2.5 MPa,and the compression ratio is lower than 5%,the failure probability is increases.The smaller compression ratio reduces the sealing performance,and increases the failure probability.
