摘 要:文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平虾蛋白粉对鲈鱼生长性能、机体成分及肝脏脂肪酸组成的影响。试验将456条初始体重为(22.11±0.25)g的鲈鱼随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复38条。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组分别为基础日粮+5%和10%虾蛋白粉,试验为期12周。结果:5%和10%虾蛋白粉组鲈鱼的末重、增重、特定生长率、蛋白效率和脂肪效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但对照组鲈鱼料重比显著高于5%和10%虾蛋白粉组(P<0.05)。5%和10%虾蛋白粉组鲈鱼机体蛋白质和脂肪含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而对照组机体和肝脏粗灰分含量显著高于5%和10%虾蛋白粉组(P<0.05)。10%虾蛋白粉组鲈鱼肝脏C20:1脂肪酸含量较对照组和5%虾蛋白粉组分别显著提高385.71%和353.33%(P<0.05),而5%虾蛋白粉组鲈鱼肝脏C22:4脂肪酸和n-6多不饱和脂肪酸较10%虾蛋白粉组显著提高150.0%和80.77%(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮用虾蛋白粉替代10%的鱼粉可改善鲈鱼增重和饲料效率,提高机体蛋白质和脂肪含量。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of shrimp protein powder on growth performance,body composition and liver fatty acid composition of bass.A total of 456 bass with an initial body weight of(22.11±0.25)g were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 38 perch per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the treatment group was fed a basal diet+5%and 10%shrimp protein meal,respectively.The experiment lasted for 12 weeks.Results:The final weight,weight gain,specific growth rate,protein efficiency ratio and fat efficiency ratio of bass h in 5%and 10%shrimp protein meal groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but the feed to gain ratio of bass in control group was significantly higher than that in 5%and 10%shrimp protein meal groups(P<0.05).The body protein and fat contents in 5%and 10%shrimp protein meal groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the body and liver ash contents in control group were significantly higher than those in 5%and 10%shrimp protein meal groups(P<0.05).Compared with control group and 5%shrimp protein meal group,the content of C20:1 fatty acid in liver of perch in 10%shrimp protein meal group was significantly increased by 385.71%and 353.33%(P<0.05),respectively.The C22:4 fatty acids and n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids in liver of bass in 5%shrimp protein meal group were significantly increased by 150.0%and 80.77%compared with 10%shrimp protein meal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,the dietary shrimp protein meal supplemental level can be up to 10%to replace fish meal,which can improve the weight gain and feed efficiency of bass,and improve the body protein and fat contents.
