摘 要:乡村振兴,必先振兴乡村教育,而乡村教育,教师是关键。乡村需要什么样的教师,需要时代、政府、乡村、大学和大学生五方协同回答。如何培养新时代乡村教师,尤其是培养偏远山区小学的优秀全科教师?文章分析了“五育并举”和小学教师全科培养的耦合性,对乡村小学卓越全科教师培养的育人生态因子和实践路径进行了研究,提出人才的全面发展和有效培养可通过“五育并举”来达成,只有人才培养方案、教学团队、教学环境、生源、评价体系等因子互相作用、良性互动时,育人生态才能达到最佳状态。To revitalize rural areas,rural education should be first revitalized.In rural education,teachers are the key.What kind of teachers the countryside needs?The question requires the era,government,rural area,university and col lege students to answer cooperatively.How to train rural teachers in the new era,especially excellent multi-subjectteachers in primary schools in remote mountainous areas?This paper analyzes the coupling of"five education simultaneously"and the cultivation of primary school teachers in multi subjects,studies the educational ecological factors and practice paths of the training of excellent multi-subject teachers in rual primary schools,and proposes that the comprehensive development and effective cultivation of talents can be achieved through"five education simultaneously".It also thinks that only when factors such as talent training program,teaching team,teaching environment,students qualities and evaluation system interact positively,can the educational ecology reach its best state.
