摘　　要：稳就业处于六稳首要位置,而稳就业中需特别关注的重点人群就是高校毕业生。突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情打乱了高职院校学生原有的求职和就业计划,一部分的企业因为持续的疫情防控出现生产经营困难,企业逐渐削减工作人员,招聘需求减小,防控新冠疫情背景下“稳就业”任务更加艰巨。因此,该文通过分析疫情下高职院校毕业生就业环境现状,提出高职院校的“稳就业”对策与建议,以供参考。Stable employment is in the primary position of"six stability",and the key group to be paid special attention to is college graduates.The sudden coming of COVID-19 epidemic has disrupted the original job-hunting and employment plans of higher vocational college students.Due to the continuous epidemic prevention and control,some enterprises face difficulties in production and operation,and gradually reduce their staff,thus reducing the recruitment demand.The task of"stable employment"under the background of COVID-19 prevention and control is more arduous.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of the employment environment of higher vocational college graduates under the epidemic situation,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of"stable employment"of higher vocational colleges for reference.
