摘　　要：以全国职业技能大赛为研究对象,阐述了近几年化学实验技术赛项的变化趋势,剖析了技能大赛中学生应具备的职业能力和职业精神,并从以赛促教、以赛促建、以赛促评三个方面实现职业技能和职业精神融合培养。Taking the national vocational skill competition as the research object,it has been analyzed the changing trend of chemical experimental technical competition in recent years,analyzed the vocational ability and professional spirit that students should have in the skill competition.It has been realized the integration training of vocational skill and professional spirit from three aspects of promoting teaching,building and evaluating by competition.
