摘　　要：智能化与网联化的深度融合成为我国智能汽车的重要发展方向,越来越多的高职院校开始注重对智能网联汽车方向相关人才的培养,开设智能网联汽车方向的相关课程。为解决大多数高职院校的授课教师没有智能化与网联化学科的知识背景,无法胜任智能网联汽车相关课程的教学任务问题,中德诺浩教育科技股份有限公司与北京航空航天大学合作在"1+X"证书制度的背景下开展面对高职院校的中级师资培训工作。培训以北航"智能无人电动汽车教学实验平台"为教学平台,采用以任务为导向的培训方法提供系统化的智能网联汽车课程,帮助参训老师快速建立起对智能网联汽车相关硬件的基本认识,带领参训老师了解部分智能网联汽车基础功能的实现方法。最后,经过本次参训老师在参训后所给出的反馈可知,本次中级师资培训得到了参训教师的高度认可。The in-depth integration of intelligence and connectivity has become an important development direction of smart cars in China.More and more vocational colleges have begun to focus on the training of relevant talents in the direction of smart and connected cars,and set up related topics in the direction of smart and connected cars course.In order to solve the problem that most of the teachers in higher vocational colleges do not have the knowledge background of intelligence and connected chemistry,and are not competent for the teaching tasks of intelligent connected car courses,Sino-De Nuohao Education Technology Co.,Ltd.and Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics cooperate to carry out intermediate teacher training for higher vocational colleges in the context of the "1+X" certificate system.The training uses Beihang’s "Intelligent Unmanned Electric Vehicle Teaching Experimental Platform" as the teaching platform,and adopts a task-oriented training method to provide systematic intelligent networked car courses,helping trainees to quickly establish an understanding of the hardware of intelligent networked vehicles to lead the trainees to understand the realization methods of some basic functions of intelligent networked vehicles.Finally,after the feedback given by the participating teachers after the training,it can be seen that this intermediate teacher training has been highly recognized by the participating teachers.
