摘 要:目前我国高职汽车技术服务与营销人才培养存在对职业培训不够重视、产教融合深度不够、师资技能培训力度不够等问题。为了深入贯彻落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》和《职业技能提升行动方案(2019-2021)》文件精神,稳步推进"学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书"制度试点工作,对培养新型汽车技术服务与营销应用型人才提出了更高的要求,基于这一背景,本文对完善高职汽车技术服务与营销专业人才培养模式提出了相应的措施和建议。At present,China’s higher vocational automotive technical service and marketing talent training has problems such as insufficient attention to vocational training,insufficient depth of integration of production and education,and insufficient training of teacher skills.In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" and the "Occupational Skills Upgrading Action Plan(2019-2021)" document,steadily promote the pilot work of the "Educational Certificate + Certain Vocational Skill Level Certificates" system,and provide technical services for cultivating new types of automobiles,this article puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions for perfecting the training mode of automobile technical service and marketing professionals in higher vocational education.
