摘  要:在中职学校由于生源质量欠佳、班级事务繁琐、工作任务繁重、劳动价值得不到尊重和回报等原因,班主任职业倦怠情况普遍存在,这不仅有碍班主任自身的成长也会造成对所带班级学生的不良影响。本文就中职班主任职业倦怠现象成因进行分析,在此基础上提出对于缓解中职学校班主任职业倦怠的些许对策。In secondary vocational schools,due to the poor quality of students,cumbersome class aff airs,heavy work tasks,and the lack of respect and rewards for labor value,class teachers’ job burnout is widespread.This not only hinders the growth of the class teachers,but also causes problems bringing bad infl uence on class students.This article analyzes the causes of job burnout of secondary vocational class teachers,and on this basis puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the job burnout of secondary vocational schoolteachers.
