募穴主治病证和配伍规律研究进展

摘　　要：募穴为脏腑精气聚汇于胸腹部位的腧穴,又称为"腹募穴",其中五脏六腑各有一募穴,加之心包共计十二募穴,分别为肺之中府,心之巨阙,肝之期门,脾之章门,肾之京门,心包之膻中,胃之中脘,胆之日月,大肠之天枢,膀胱之中极,小肠之关元,三焦之石门。募穴有其特殊的分布规律,与脏腑间有着密切联系,可反映脏腑之盛衰,对脏腑疾病疗效确切,此外还可协助诊断并辅助治疗,应用范围较为广泛。同时,募穴的配伍方式更是灵活多变,临床中常有"俞募配穴"及"募募配穴"之组合。其中与背俞穴配伍最为常见,因脏腑之气机与俞募穴相容互通,素有"审募而察俞,察俞而诊募"之称,配合应用常有奇效。通过查阅古今采用募穴治疗及配伍应用的相关文献,对募穴的主治病证及配伍规律进行分析总结,以求为募穴的临床使用及配伍应用提供文献支持。Mu point is the acupoint where the viscera essence and Qi gather in the chest and abdomen,also known as"abdominal Mu point".There is one Mu point for each of the five Fu-organs and six Fu-organs,plus pericardium meridian,a total of 12 Mu points are respectively Zhongfu(LU1)of the lung,Juque(RN14)of the heart,Qimen(LA14)of the liver,Zhangmen(LR13)of the spleen,Jingmen(GB25)of the kidney,Danzhong(RN17)of the pericardium,Zhongwan(RN12)of the stomach,Riyue(GB24)of the gallbladder,Tianshu(ST25)of the large intestine,Zhongji(RN3)of the bladder,and Guanyuan(RN4)of the small intestine and Shimen(RN5)of Sanjiao.It can reflect the rise and fall of Zang-Fu organs,and has a definite curative effect on Zang-Fu organs diseases.In addition,it can assist diagnosis and auxiliary treatment,and so it has a wide range of applications.At the same time,the compatibility of Mu points is more flexible and changeable.There are often combinations of"Shu-Mu points"and"Mu-Mu points"in clinical practice.Among them,the compatibility with back Shu point is the most common.Because the Qi mechanism of Zang-Fu organs is compatible with that of Shu point,it is known as"examining Mu points and checking Shu points,checking Shu points and diagnosing Mu points",which is often effective in combination with application.In this paper,through consulting the relevant literature on the treatment and compatibility application of Mu points in ancient and modern times,the main symptoms and compatibility rules of Mu points were analyzed and summarized in order to provide literature support for clinical use and compatibility application of Mu points.
