摘  要:以青海沙棘果油为原料,利用化学酯交换法对沙棘果油中棕榈油酸进行富集,以棕榈油酸乙酯转化率为指标,分别研究了醇油体积比、反应温度、反应时间及KOH质量分数对沙棘果油中棕榈油酸富集的影响。再采用尿素包合法对棕榈油酸乙酯进行富集,并通过气相色谱串联质谱法对棕榈油酸富集物的组成进行分析。结果表明:化学酯交换法的最佳工艺参数为反应时间1.5 h、醇油体积比7:1、反应温度70℃、KOH质量分数1.60%,此时棕榈油酸的相对含量由27.81%提高至56.06%。采用尿素包合法得到的最终提取物中单不饱和脂肪酸的含量为75.57%,多不饱和脂肪酸的含量为10.18%,饱和脂肪酸的含量为14.67%。The palmitoleic acid was enriched in seabuckthorn fruit oil by means of chemical transesterification.The effects of volume ratio of alcohol to oil,reaction temperature,reaction time and KOH mass fraction on palmitoleic acid enrichment were studied using ethyl palmitoleic acid conversion as index.The ethyl palmitoleic acid was enriched by urea inclusion,and the composition of palmitoleic acid was analyzed by gas chromatography tandm mass spectrometry.The results showed that the optimum parameters of ohemical transesterification were as follows:reaction time 1.5 h,volume ratio of alcohol to oil 7:1,reaction temperature 70℃and mass fraction of KOH 1.60%.Under these conditions,the relative content of palmitoleic acid increased from 27.81%to 56.06%.The contents of monounsaturated fatty acids,polyu-nsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids in the final extract obtained by urea inclusion were 75.57%,10.18%and 14.67%respectively.
