摘　　要：新文科作为一个教育新理念,对高师音乐教学资源开发提出了更高的要求,指明了方向。坚持教学资源开发的个性化和多元性,充分利用好本土和国外的音乐资源,拓展跨学科的教学资源,甄别选择利用好互联网、新媒体资源,积极引入信息技术手段,补充丰富现有教学资源,促进学生知识的扩展与技能的提升,培养学生的创新思维。The new liberal arts,as a new educational concept, puts forward higher requirements and points out the direction for the development of music teaching resources in normal universities. It is proposed that the individuation and diversity of the development of teaching resources should be adhered to, local and foreign music resources be fully utilized, interdisciplinary teaching resources be expanded, internet and new media resources be selected and applied, information technology means be actively used, existing teaching resources be supplemented and enriched, the expansion of students’ knowledge and skills be promoted, and students’ innovative thinking be cultivated.
