职业院校教师教学能力竞赛对青年教师教学能力提升的作用研究——以滁州职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：国内职业技术师范院校数量较少,高职院校师资队伍培养存在对职业教育理论与实践的不足。职业院校教师教学技能大赛能较好地实现以赛促教目标,通过参赛能激发高职院校青年教师补充职业教育教学理论知识,锤炼教学能力,涵养积淀教学风格,达到学以致用,快速提升教师教学能力。There are not many domestic normal colleges for vocational college teachers,which results in the shortages in theory and practice for teacher cultivation.Teaching Skill Competition will help teachers to improve their teaching ability so as to achieve the target that competition promotes teaching.With the stimulation from competition,young teachers will enrich their theoretic reserves in education and teaching to apply these theories to the teaching practice,which will increase teachers’teaching ability rapidly.
