摘 要:绩效是高校发展的动力,教师是高校发展的核心,提升教师绩效是促进高校发展进而促进高等教育发展的关键所在。本文基于高校教师的特点,以人力资本等理论为指导,以笔者参与的Q校2009年开始实施的教师绩效考评实践为具体案例,主要采用问卷调查与访谈法、统计分析等方法,就本命题进行研究,以期在丰富考评思路、体系等方面有所收益。研究表明:问题导向的教师绩效考评实施目的明确,针对性、可操作性强,考评的定位与引领作用贯穿在考评全过程的各个环节,是考评结果走向的决定性因素,是相应问题的解决方案。Performance is the driving force for the development of the colleges and universities,the teacher is the core of the development of colleges and universities,elevate performance of teachers the key to promote development of colleges and universities and then promote the development of higher education.This article is based on the characteristics of teachers in university,guided by the theory of human capital,and take teacher performance evaluation practice the Q school that the author participated began to implement in 2009 as the specific case,mainly adopts questionnaire and interview method and the methods of statistical analysis to carry out the study,in an effort to gain rich ideas for examination and assessment of system,etc.Research shows that the problem orientated teacher performance evaluation is clear in goal implementation,with strongly pertinency and maneuverability,positioning and leading role of the assessment run through out each link of the whole evaluation process,it is the decisive factor of assessment results and the corresponding solution of the problem.
