摘  要:对传统专业升级改造使其达到新工科人才培养要求是新工科建设重要途径之一。本文从专业实践教学环节入手,以光电信息与科学专业为例,通过对个人素养与个人能力相互影响效能分析,厘定出新工科人才需具备的核心素养,构建了"基础型+综合型+研究型+项目型"知识与能力培养逐层递进的专业实践教学体系,同时构建了以工程项目为牵引,教学体系与人才核心素养培育深度融合的专业实践教学模式。通过分类分层次的实施方案指导规范教学过程,实现实践教学过程与人才素养培育过程相统一。实践表明新模式可以有效提升学生的个人品性、知识与能力的迁移能力等核心素养,对传统专业升级改造具有一定的借鉴价值。Upgrading and reforming the traditional majors to meet the talent cultivation requirements is one of the important ways for emerging engineering construction.Taking the major of optoelectronic information science and engineering as an example and starting from professional practice teaching,this paper effectively analyzed the interaction of personal moral character and personal ability,and stipulated the core competences that emerging engineering talents need to have.A progressively professional practice teaching system with training the“basic+comprehensive+research+project”knowledge and ability was established.Meanwhile,a professional practice teaching mode that takes projects as the traction was constructed.The mode realizes that the practice teaching system and the core competences deeply integrates.The teaching process of the mode can be guided and standardized with a classified and hierarchical implementation plan.As a result,the processes of practice teaching and talent quality cultivation were unified.Practice results show that the mode can effectively improve the core competences of students such as personal moral character,transfer ability of knowledge and practice ability,which has some reference value for the upgrading and reforming of traditional majors.
