摘  要:交通强国铁路先行的大背景下,我国轨道交通行业技术和产业发展迅速,国家对轨道交通专业技术人才的需求日益突出。工科人才培养中,实践教学是培养卓越工程人才的重要环节。将学科优势和行业特点融入到实践教学体系中,整合最新科研成果及校内外实践教学资源,可以有效促进学生专业创新能力、工程实践能力和技术融合能力的提升。本文以西南交通大学轨道交通电气工程专业为例,从实践教学体系设计,实践教学平台构建和实践教学实施三个方面进行了探讨,构建了融合产教研的实践教学体系。该实践教学体系实施以来,在促进轨道交通高素质人才培养方面取得了良好的效果。Under the background of transportation power country and railway first,the technology and industry of our country’s rail transit have developed rapidly.The demand for rail transit professional and technical personnel has become increasingly prominent.In the training of engineering talents,practical teaching is an important part of cultivating outstanding engineering talents.Based on subject advantages and industry characteristics,integrating the latest subject achievements and practical teaching resources can promote the improvement of students’professional innovation ability,engineering practice ability and technology integration ability.Taking the rail transit electrical engineering major of Southwest Jiaotong University as an example,this paper discusses the design of practical teaching system,the construction of practical teaching platform and the implementation of practical teaching,and constructs a practical teaching system integrating production,teaching and research.Since the implementation of this practical teaching system,good results have been achieved in promoting the training of high-quality talents in rail transit.
