摘 要:高职院校教师教学创新团队是一种"专兼"结合的开放式教师集群,其组织本质是团队知识整合。知识主体、知识客体和团队自身影响高职院校教师教学创新团队知识整合;团队认同和任务互赖是高职院校教师教学创新团队知识整合的理论逻辑,其中团队认同发挥着中介变量的作用,促使团队成员产生个人——团队匹配、心理所有权;任务互赖使团队知识整合具有可能性和必然性。基于此,提出高职院校教师教学创新团队知识整合的实践理路:促进垂直型领导行为向共享型领导行为转换;强化团队认同,培育校企"双元"育人意识,减少知识资源退出行为;塑造以任务为媒介的强联结集群网络。The teachers teaching innovation team of in higher vocational colleges is an open teacher cluster which promote the collaboration between full-time teachers and part-time teachers,and the organizational essence is the integration of team knowledge.The factors affecting team knowledge integration mainly come from three levels:knowledge subject,knowledge object and team.The theoretical logic for the knowledge integration of the teachers teaching innovation team in vocational colleges is the theory of team identity and task interdependence.Team identity assumes the function of intermediary variables,prompting team members to generate individuals-team matching,psychological ownership,task interdependence makes team knowledge Integration is possible and inevitable.Based on this,this paper puts forward the practical path of knowledge integration of teachers teaching innovation team in higher vocational colleges:promote the conversion of vertical leadership behavior to shared leadership behavior;strengthen team identity,cultivate school-enterprise“dual”education awareness,and reduce the withdrawal of knowledge resources;create a strong connection cluster network with task as the medium.
