摘　　要：进入新时代,最高人民检察院聚焦党和国家工作大局,主动适应形势变化,对检察工作发展提出“四大检察”新的重大布局,进一步优化检察机关职权配置,标志着检察机关法律监督体系、职能运行模式的重塑与基本定型。为做实新时代检察机关法律监督,更好满足人民群众司法新需求,有必要在深入考察“四大检察”提出的时代背景与战略价值、理论基础与实践意义的前提下,梳理分析“四大检察”发展存在的问题,为进一步推动新时代检察工作全面协调充分发展进行路径规划,使检察机关能够针对不同监督领域、监督对象、监督事项、监督中存在的痛点与难点,采取不同的监督手段,有针对性地优化监督方式,使各项具体监督权能,相互衔接,相互耦合,融合发展,提升检察机关法律监督整体质效。The procuratorial work in New Era is a significant strategic design made by the Supreme People's Procuratorate to actively adapt to the development and changes of the situation with focus on the overall work of the Party and the state.The introduction of"Four Categories of Procuratorial Work"marks a reshaped legal supervision system and operation mode of the procu-ratorial organs,and further optimizes the allocation of their functions and powers.In order to ef-fectively carry out the legal supervision of procuratorial organs in the New Era and better meet the new judicial needs of the people,it is necessary,after an in-depth investigation of the histor-ical background,strategic value,theoretical basis and practical significance of"Four Categories of Procuratorial Work",to sort out and analyze the problems and difficulties in the scope,to carry out path planning of further promoting the comprehensive,coordinated and full development of procuratorial work in the new era.This will enable the procuratorial organs to adopt different su-pervision methods and optimize the supervision methods in accordance with different supervision fields,supervision objects,supervision items,and pain points and difficulties in supervision,so that various specific supervisory powers are mutually connected,coupled with each other,and in-tegrated and developed to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of legal supervision of the procuratorial organ.
