摘 要:日本青少年法教育以培养法治思维为目标,围绕有关资源的开发及利用进行了多种尝试。日本青少年法教育资源的开发在主题上涉及规则、私法、公法及司法和审判等诸多领域;在原则上凸显了阶段性、主体性、整合性的特征。在实践层面,日本教育界与法律界开展多样合作,着眼于学生的源生活进行资源提炼,开发出一系列详实易操作的法治教学案例以实现法教育资源的深度与广度。借鉴日本经验,我国宜搭建多方协作平台、畅通沟通渠道,促进法治教育资源的多元化;坚持聚焦社会现实的跨学科视野,促进法治教育资源开发的交互化;注重优秀课例的研发、整合及宣传,促进法治教育资源开发的可持续性。Aiming at cultivating the legal thinking,the legal education of Japanese teenagers has made various attempts on the development and utilization of relevant resources.In the aspect of subject matter,it covers many fields such as rules,private law,public law,judicature and trial;in the aspect of principle,it highlights the characteristics of periodical,autonomous and conformity.On the practical level,The educational and legal circles in Japan have carried out various cooperation,extracted resources from students’lives,developed a series of simple and easy legal teaching cases,and promoted the development of legal education.Learning from Japan,China should build multi-cooperation platform,promote their communication,and realize the diversified development of legal education resources;adhere to focus on social reality and interdisciplinary vision to promote the interactive development of legal education resources;pay attention to the research and development,integration and publicity of excellent lessons,and promote the sustainable development of legal education resources.
