摘  要:为研究杯型柔性谐波齿轮传动系统柔轮的应力情况,采用弹簧近似法和单元接触法对该系统进行三维建模。对柔轮进行数值计算和分析,得到柔轮变形和柔轮齿根处的应力分布情况。将数值计算结果与实验测试结果进行对比,结果表明:在定性和定量方面,数值计算结果和实验结果相吻合,用该方法来分析柔轮应力分布状况具有可行性,可为柔轮的优化设计提供参考。In order to study the stress of the flexspline of the cup-shaped flexible harmonic gear transmission system, the spring approximation method and the element contact method were used to carry out 3 D modeling of the system. The flexspline deformation and stress distribution at the root of the flexspline were obtained by numerical calculation and analysis, and the numerical calculation results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the numerical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results in both qualitative and quantitative aspects, and it is feasible to use this method to analyze the stress distribution of the flexspline, which can provide reference for the optimal design of the flexspline.
