摘 要:高校教师的师德建设与专业能力建设是高素质教师队伍培养过程中一个问题的两个方面,其二者之间的关系是辩证的:既有区别又有联系,联系大于区别;既对立又统一,统一高于对立;二者的依存与转化不仅体现为相互包含,而且在一定条件下还体现为相互认同。这种内在的、本质的高度统一关系,恰恰正是教师师德建设区别于其他行业的职业道德建设的地方。从学理层面分析,高校教师的专业能力建设是高校教师师德内涵建设的有机组成部分;从现实层面考量,大量的师德事件或师德失范行为大多源于教师专业能力的匮乏或不足,从人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等职能实际履行的情况可以清晰地看到这一点。从一定意义上说,高校教师的师德建设正是在教师专业能力建设中自觉产生的道德化育和自我引领。The construction of teachers'ethics and professional capacity are two aspects of one issue in the process of cultivating high-quality teachers in colleges and universities.The relationship between the two is undoubtedly dialectical.They are different but connected and the connection is greater than the difference.They are opposite but unified and the unity is definitely above opposition.The dependence and transformation of the two are not only reflected in mutual inclusion,but also as mutual identity under certain conditions.This inherent and essential high degree of unity is precisely where the construction of teachers'ethics differs from the construction of professional ethics in other industries.From the academic perspective,the professional capacity building of college teachers is an integral part of the construction of teachers'moral connotation in colleges and universities,and from the practical perspective,a large number of teachers'moral incidents or misbehavior are largely due to the deficiency of teachers'professional capacity,which can be clearly seen from the actual performance of functions such as personnel training,scientific research and social service.In a sense,the construction of teachers'morality in colleges and universities is the moral cultivation and self-guidance that arise consciously in teachers'professional capacity building.
