摘 要:近年来,物流行业高速发展,由传统物流逐步转变为现代物流、智慧物流,物流管理人才面临着新的需求,也面临着极大的挑战。如何培养适应智慧物流背景下物流行业需要的人才,成为一个重要的课题。《运输管理实务》是物流管理专业课程体系中重要的专业核心课程,文章结合《运输管理实务》课程教学中存在的问题,从教学内容、教学模式、师资队伍建设、信息化建设、多元评价、课堂思政等方面探索课程的教学改革方向和措施。In recent years,the logistics industry had developed rapidly and changed from traditional logistics to modern logistics and intelligent logistics gradually.Logistics management talents are facing new demands as well as great challenges.How to cultivate talents that met the needs of the logistics industry in the context of intelligent logistics had become an important topic.“Transportation management practice”was an important professional core course in the logistics management professional curriculum system.This article explored the direction and measures of educational reform from the aspects of teaching content,teaching mode,teacher team construction,information construction,multiple evaluation,classroom ideology and politics,which combined the existing problems in the teaching of“transportation management practice”.
