摘  要:自“职教20条”中提出“教师分工协作进行模块化教学”后,教育部门进一步对“教师分工协作进行模块化教学模式的全面实施”及“创新团队协作的模块化教学模式”提出了要求。本文在分析职业教育“模块化”课程体系设计的必要性的基础上,明确其设计原则及要求,同时提出职业教育“模块化”课程体系设计应基于逆向思维,做好职业分析和工作过程分析,注重宏微观模块的设计及模块之间的有机衔接,采取建设分工协作进行模块化教学的“双师型”教师团队、开发建设一体化教学资源等措施,进而做好“模块化”课程教学的设计与实施。One of the"20 Articles on Vocational Education"proposes that"teachers should work together to carry out modular teaching".Local education departments then put forward further requirements for full implementation of this proposal,especially for the collaboration of innovative teams concerned.This paper first analyzes the necessity of designing modular curriculum system in vocational education,making clear its design principles and requirements.The author holds that the design of such system should be based on reverse thinking.Solid job analysis and work process analysis should be well conducted.Both macro and micro modules and their organic connections should be elaborately designed.To well implement modular teaching,it is suggested to build relevant duel-qualified teacher team and develop integrated teaching resources.
