摘　　要：教育综合评价改革是我国教育评价领域全局性的价值、动力、质量变革。高校党委要把方向、管大局、作决策、抓班子、带队伍、保落实,通过强化价值引领、明确办学定位、发挥区位优势、激发内生动力、坚持党管人才、加强日常监督,确保党委领导核心作用贯穿教育综合评价改革全过程。The reform of the comprehensive evaluation of education is the overall value,motive force and quality change in the field of educational evaluation.The Party Committee of the university should take the direction,manage the overall situation,make decisions,grasp the team,lead the team and ensure implementation,through strengthening the value guidance,making clear the orientation of running a school,giving full play to the regional advantages,stimulating the endogenous motive force,persisting in the Party’s management of talents,and strengthening the daily supervision,so as to ensure that the core leading role of the Party committee runs through the whole process of the reform of the comprehensive evaluation of education.
