摘　　要：人民群众对于个人健康认知水平和需求的提升,对医学院校的人才培养成效提出了更高的要求。“健康中国”“人民期待”需要医学院校在人才培养中充分考虑时代需求的变化。运用胜任力理论指导医学院校学生的综合素质评价,能够更好地将实际用人需求与评价体系关联起来,体现产出导向,同时反馈到人才培养中,以此为依据探索有效提升医学生职业素养和专业素养的路径,为医学生人才培养工作提供思路。With the improvement of people’s awareness and demand for personal health,higher requirements are put forward for the effectiveness of talent training in medical colleges and universities.Both“Healthy China”and“People’s Expectations”require medical colleges and universities to fully consider the needs and changes of the times in their talent training.Using the competency theory to guide the comprehensive quality evaluation of medi cal college students can better associate the actual needs of employment with the evaluation system,reflect the output orientation,and feed back to the talent training,and then help explore and formulate the effective path to improve the professional quality of medical students based on this,so as to provide ideas for the training of medi cal students.
