摘 要:目的探讨CBL(case-based learning,CBL)联合模块教学在八年制学生耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习中的教学效果。方法教学对象为在本科室耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习的2014级及2015级八年制学生共91名,其中2014级学生共55名为对照组,采用传统教学法;2015级学生共36名为试验组,采用CBL联合模块教学。通过期末考试成绩及调查问卷评价教学效果及教学满意度。结果试验组学生的期末考试总分优于对照组(P<0.05);调查问卷显示试验组在培养临床思维、加深对学科理解、加强实践能力方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05);结论与传统教学法相比CBL联合模块教学能更好地让八年制学生深入学习耳鼻喉相关知识,更能激发学生学习兴趣,培养其临床思维能力。Objective To explore and study the effect of application of CBL(case based learning,CBL)combined with module teaching in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery internship for eight year program students.Methods A total of 91 eight-year students of grade 2014 and grade 2015 in Otolaryngology-head and neck surgery in our hospital were selected,including 55 students in grade 2014 as the control group and 36 students as the experimental group in which CBL combined module teaching was adopted.The final examination results and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction.Results The total score of the final examination of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the questionnaire showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in cultivating clinical thinking,deepening the understanding of the subject and strengthening the ability of practice(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,CBL combined module teaching can better let the eight-year program students learn the related knowledge of ENT,stimulate their interest in learning and cultivate their clinical thinking ability.
