摘 要:文章介绍情景模拟教学法在我国儿科医学生临床实习教学中的应用情况,通过对情景模拟教学的基本理论为出发点,详细讲述情景模拟教学的现状,情景模拟教学的具体应用实施,情景模拟教学法在实习生的深思等问题,最终总结出情景模拟教学法对儿科实习教学中的急诊急救能力培训、医患沟通能力培训、巩固理论知识、提升临床实践技能能力都有显著提高,取得良好的教学效果,同时针对情景模拟教学法实施中出现的问题提出了解决的建议和意见,为下一步情景模拟教学实践提供依据。本研究在儿科临床实习中,疑难急危重症病例讨论环节应用情景模拟教学法,可以弥补在儿科实习期间遇不到疑难危急重症的空缺,提高学生学习主动性,锻炼临床思维,应对临床突发状况,从而提高教学质量。This paper introduces the application of scenario simulation teaching method in the clinical practice teaching of pediatric medical students in China.Based on the basic theory of scenario simulation teaching,this paper describes in detail the current situation of scenario simulation teaching,the specific application and implementation of scenario simulation teaching,and the reflection of scenario simulation teaching method on interns.Finally,it concludes that the scenario simulation teaching method has significantly improved the emergency first aid ability training,the doctor-patient communication ability training,the consolidation of theoretical knowledge and the promotion of clinical practice skills in pediatric practice teaching,and achieved good teaching effect.At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions and opinions to solve the problems in the implementation of the scenario simulation teaching method.It provides the basis for the next step of scenario simulation teaching practice.In the clinical practice of pediatrics,the application of scenario simulation teaching method in the discussion of difficult and critical cases can make up for the lack of difficult and critical cases,improve students'learning initiative,exercise clinical thinking,deal with clinical emergencies,and improve the quality of teaching.
