对住培分阶段应用不同教学模式的探索

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是住培医师从医学生到医生成长的重要路径,也是培养住培医师诊疗能力、锻炼操作实践与提升人文素养的不可多得的机会。现阶段我国仅根据住培医师培养需要达到的标准提出了要求与细则,尚未就住培医师在培训学习过程中遇到的问题对住培基地的教学计划做出反馈与修缮。因此,如何在有限的住培三年中,分阶段并采用不同教学模式培养住培医师,对构建合理的教学体系,完成计划中的人才培养有着重要意义。为提高住培医师的理论水平和实践技巧,本文提出将住培划分为三个阶段,并在每个阶段采取相应的教学模式,以迎合住培医师各阶段的需求。用国内外先进的教学方法指导住培医师的理论与实践学习,让住培医师学有所得,紧跟时代步伐。同时细化住院医师的培养周期,为培训的顺利完成铺平道路。分阶段的教学模式的应用对住院医师规范化培训教学质量的保障与教学同质化的改进有着积极的促进作用,其既有医学生培养的缩影,又对未来医师人才的培养仍具有一定的参考价值。Standardized training for resident doctors(referred to as“regulation training”)is an important path for regular training doctors to grow from medical students to doctors.It is also a rare opportunity to cultivate regular training doctors'diagnosis and treatment capabilities,exercise operational practices,and improve humanistic quality.At this stage,my country has only put forward requirements and detailed rules based on the standards required to train the training doctors,and has not yet given feedback and repairs to the teaching plans of the training bases regarding the problems encountered by the training doctors during the training and learning process.Therefore,how to train regular doctors in stages and adopt different teaching models in the limited three years of regular training is of great significance for constructing a reasonable teaching system and completing the planned talent training.In order to improve the theoretical level and practical skills of regular training doctors,this article proposes to divide the regular training into three stages,and adopt a corresponding teaching mode in each stage to meet the needs of each stage of the regular training doctors.Use advanced teaching methods at home and abroad to guide the theoretical and practical learning of the regular training doctors,so that the regular training doctors can learn something and keep up with the pace of the times.At the same time,it refines the training cycle of resident physicians,paving the way for the training.The application of the phased teaching model has a positive effect on guaranteeing the quality of standardized training for residents and improving the homogeneity of teaching.It not only epitomizes the training of medical students,but also has a certain reference for the training of future doctors.value.
