摘  要:临床心理学是精神医学专业的核心课程,是培养高素质精神医学专业人才的重要教学环节,在医学教育全面实施课程思政的大背景下,因为教育理念的冲突、师资教育的参差不齐,教育背景的多元化和专业课教学的局限性等原因使得该门课程的课程思政实施工作受到限制,在充分总结原因的基础上,为有效解决这些问题需要从临床心理学专业课程思政的实施路径上进行改革探索:以专业建设目标为基础,挖掘课程思政元素,依托临床实践教学,突出社会主义核心价值观的塑造,实施教学方法改革,完善师资队伍建设,并以现代医学模式思维指导临床心理学课程思政工作。最终实现以课程为依托培养高素质的精神医学专门人才目标。Clinical psychology is the core course of psychiatric specialty and an important teaching link for cultivating high-quality psychiatric professionals.Under the background of the full implementation of curriculum ideology and politics in medical education,due to the conflict of educational ideas Due to the uneven teacher education,the diversity of educational background and the limitations of professional course teaching,the implementation of Ideological and political education in this course is limited.On the basis of fully summarizing the reasons,in order to effectively solve these problems,we need to reform and explore the implementation path of Ideological and Political Education in clinical psychology:Based on the goal of professional construction,Excavate the ideological and political elements of the course,rely on clinical practice teaching,highlight the shaping of socialist core values,implement the reform of teaching methods,improve the construction of teaching staff,and guide the ideological and political work of clinical psychology course with modern medical mode thinking.Finally,the goal of cultivating high-quality psychiatric professionals based on curriculum will be realized.
