摘　　要：在知识经济的时代背景下,企业和社会对综合型人才的需求量越来越大,单一型技术人才已经不能满足企业生产和发展需要,对于学生的思想素质、道德水平、实践能力、应用能力等有了更高的要求。各所高校面临在应用型人才培养的同时教书育人的方向需要转型的问题,从这一层面来讲,协同育人模式在高校教育机制中具有重要的发展地位。基于此,展开以下论述,从协同育人的相关概述入手,探析其在高校人才培养改革背景下的具体应用策略,希望能为广大高校老师带来实践参考和理论思考。Under the background of the knowledge economy,the demand for talents from enterprises and society is increasing.A single type of technical talents can no longer meet the needs of enterprise production and development,which has put higher requirements for students’ideological quality,moral level,practical ability,and application ability.Colleges and universities are faced with the problem that the direction of teaching and educating people also needs to be transformed while cultivating applied talents.From this level,it can be seen that the collaborative education model occupies an important position in the educational mechanism of colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper starts from the relevant overview of collaborative education,and explores specific application strategies in the context of university talent training reform,hoping to bring practical reference and theoretical thinking to college teachers.
