摘 要:目的探究菊芋低聚果糖抗运动疲劳作用。方法利用C2C12细胞和SD大鼠作为研究对象,通过大鼠跑步耐力试验,测定不同剂量组和对照组糖原、血清氨、无机磷酸盐、乳酸含量,以及肌肉乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase, LDH)和血清肌酸激酶(creatine kinase, CK)活性、血浆丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase, GPx)活性的变化。结果添加菊芋低聚果糖可显著提高大鼠跑步耐力和糖原在肝脏和肌肉的积累量(P<0.05),降低疲劳相关标记物如血清氨、无机磷酸盐、乳酸含量,提高LDH和GPx活性,降低CK活性和MDA含量。结论菊芋低聚果糖可作为一种功能性原料抗高强度运动引起的疲劳。Objective To investigate the anti-exercise fatigue effect of Jerusalem artichoke oligosaccharides.Methods C2C12 cells and SD rats were used as research objective, and the content of glycogen, serum ammonia,inorganic phosphate and lactic acid, the activities of muscle lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and serum creatine kinase(CK), the content of plasma malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione peroxidase(GPx) were measured in different dose groups and control groups through running endurance test of SD rats. Results The addition of Jerusalem artichoke oligosaccharides could significantly increase the rat running endurance and the accumulation of glycogen in liver and muscles(P<0.05), reduced fatigue related serum ammonia, inorganic phosphate, lactic acid content,improved muscle LDH and GPx activity, reduced serum CK activity and plasma MDA content. Conclusion Jerusalem artichoke oligosaccharides can be used as a functional raw material to resist fatigue caused by high intensity exercise.
