摘 要:目的评价多站点技能考核的应用效果,了解学生掌握临床基本技能情况,为提高实践教学质量提供参考依据。方法选取2016年7月20日-2017年7月20日某医学高等专科学校3年制专科临床医学专业毕业生958名作为研究对象。2016届毕业生430名作为对照组,采用传统技能考核;2017届毕业生528名作为研究组,采用多站点技能考核。比较2组学生毕业考试临床技能掌握情况,国家医师资格实践技能考试通过率有无差异。结果对照组与研究组比较,毕业考试临床技能及格率分别为81.6%、100%(χ^(2)=232.24,P=0.000);国家医师资格实践技能考试通过率分别为74.41%、92.99%(χ^(2)=66.137,P=0.001),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多站点技能考核利于学生临床技能的掌握,提高执业助理医师实践技能考试通过率;同时也发现实践教学的不足,针对性地制定教学策略,提升实践教学质量。Objectives To evaluate the application effect of multi-site skill assessment,to understand students’ mastery of basic clinical skills,and provide a reference for improving the quality of practical teaching.Methods From July 20 th,2016 to July 20 th,2017,958 graduates from a medical college majoring in clinical medicine were selected as the research subjects.430 graduates from the class of 2016 were used as the control group.A total of528 2017 graduates were selected as the research group,using multi-site skills assessment.The two groups of students were compared in clinical skills mastery of graduation examination and whether there was any difference in the passing rate of national physician qualification practical skills examination.Results Compared with the study group,the pass rates of clinical skills in graduation examination were 81.6% and 100%(χ^(2)=232.24,P=0.000).The passing rates of the National Doctor qualification Practical Skills examination were 74.41% and 92.99%(χ^(2)=66.137,P=0.001),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-site skill examination was beneficial to students’ mastery of clinical skills and improve the passing rate of assistant medical practitioners’ practical skill examination.At the same time,the shortcomings of practical teaching were found,and teaching strategies were formulated to improve the quality of practical teaching.
