摘　　要：给出简单图的秩和定向图的斜秩与围长的关系,论证r(G)=g(G)-2,sr(G^(σ))=g(G)-2时的充分必要条件.The relations between the rank of simple graphs and the skew-rank of directional graphs and the circumference length are given,and the sufficient and necessary conditions of r(G)=g(G)-2,sr(Gσ)=g(G)-2 are proved.
