摘　　要：目的分析癫痫患儿真实世界复诊保留率数据,为改善癫痫患儿慢病管理提供基础数据。方法收集深圳市儿童医院2014年1月至2020年5月住院和门诊癫痫患儿的电子化病历资料,建立癫痫专病库。统计不同时间点就医人数,包括初诊后1、3、6、12、18个月和24个月仍然有就诊记录的患儿数,分析复诊保留率。结果共入组33762例癫痫患儿,有25万人次就医记录。各年龄段,病例频数分布和不同时间点(1、2、3、6、12、18、24个月)就医复诊保留率明显不同(χ^(2)=1806.6645,P<0.0001)。3个年龄段病例频数相对较多,从高到低依次是12~36月龄,36~72月龄和6~12岁年龄段。就医复诊保留率从1个月时的最高组,12~18岁年龄组为76.6%到24个月时的最低组,0~1月龄组仅为12.2%。结论真实世界情况显示患儿复诊保留率偏低,作为区域儿童综合性癫痫中心,需要从多方面努力,以提高癫痫患儿的复诊保留率。Objective To analyze real-world data analysis of revisit rates of children with epilepsy and provide foundamental data for improving chronic disease management of children with epilepsy.Methods Electronic medical records of inpatients and outpatients in Shenzhen Children's Hospital from January 2014 to May 2020 were collected to establish an epilepsy database.The number of patients at different time points were counted,including the number of patients who still had medical records at months 1,3,6,12,18 and 24 after the initial visit.Revisit rates were analyzed.Results A total of 33762 children with epilepsy were enrolled,among which,254110 medical visits were recorded.Revisit rates of different age groups,case frequency distribution and different time points(1 month,2 months,3 months,6 months,12 months,18 months and 24 months)were significantly different(χ^(2)=1806.6645,P<0.0001).There were three age groups with higher case frequency than other age groups,in which their age order was 12~36 months old,36~72 months old,and 6~12 years.The revisit rates ranged from the highest at 1 month old,76.6%at the age of 12 to 18 years old to the lowest at 24 months old,and only 12.2%in the 0~1 month old.Conclusion Real-world data analysis reveals that revisit rates are low.As a regional comprehensive epilepsy center for children,efforts should be made in various aspects to increase the their revisit rate.
