高校教师管理和师资队伍建设现状及发展对策

摘　　要：师资队伍是教育事业长效发展与不断进步的关键性资源。现阶段,国内部分高校在教师管理和师资队伍建设中正面临着新要求、新形势与新任务。各高校必须立足于大局观念,明确开放包容与以人为本理念,强化教师管理工作力度,创新评价机制,重视高级人才引进,着力加强高校师资队伍整体素质与水平。本文基于高校教师管理和师资队伍建设现状分析,明确了当前高校师资整体数量、专业结构与教师管理等层面亟待完善,而后提出了高校教师管理和师资队伍建设发展对策。The teaching staff is a key resource for the long-term development and continuous progress of education.At this stage,some domestic colleges and universities are facing new requirements,new situations and new tasks in the management of teachers and the construction of teaching staff.Based on the analysis of the status quo of university teacher management and teacher team construction,this paper clarifies that the current overall number of university teachers,professional structure and teacher management needs to be improved urgently,and then puts forward countermeasures for the development of university teacher management and teacher team construction.
