摘　　要：高职院校图书馆学科馆员,是院校图书管理工作的重要代表。本文以高职院校图书馆学科馆员信息素养教育为主要研究对象,针对学科馆员的教育问题进行深层次、多范围、高维度的阐述和分析,结合笔者多年从事图书管理工作的从业经验,提出有效改善学科馆员信息素养水平的综合教育策略,助力相关领域的从业人员,给予力所能及的帮助和支持。仅供参考。The subject librarian of library in higher vocational colleges is an important representative of library management in colleges.Taking the information literacy education of subject librarians in higher vocational colleges as the main research object,and combined with the author’s experience in book management for many years,this paper expounds and analyzes the educational problems of subject librarians in depth,in many scopes and in high dimension,for reference only.
