摘　　要：抑郁障碍患者常起病于青少年期,早期识别是早期干预的基础。研究发现抑郁障碍患者在许多不同的认知领域如注意偏差及在工作记忆、抑制控制等执行功能等方面均持续性存在认知损害。本文主要介绍青少年抑郁障碍冷执行功能的抑制控制、工作记忆及认知灵活性的神经心理学及其脑影像学研究进展,探索青少年抑郁障碍患者的冷执行功能特征。Depression always onsets in adolescence and early recognition is the basis of early intervention.Studies have found persistent cognitive impairment in many different cognitive domains such as attention and executive functions, including working memory and inhibition.This review mainly focuses on the neuropsychological and neuroimaging advances in inhibition and working memory as well as the cognitive flexibility in adolescent depression, in order to explore the characteristics of cold executive functions in adolescent depression.
