摘 要:药物化学课程是药学专业的核心课程,内容涉及药物理化性质、化学结构、合成路线和构效关系,是药学各专业的基础。该课程要求学生有较好的有机化学基础,学习难度较大。若对药学不感兴趣,很容易形成畏难和厌学情绪,影响课程的教学效果,进而影响到其它药学相关课程的学习。在实际的教学中发现,若是将国内外制药企业发展现状,专业老师药物化学研究自身经历和体会,实际生活中科学用药常识,以及药学专业对于改善人类健康的使命等相关内容贯穿到整个课程体系,可以潜移默化的激发学生对药学专业的自豪感,增强其对药物化学的学习兴趣和信心,变被动学习为主动探索,达到事半功倍的效果。这样不但可以增强学生对药物化学和其它药学专业课程学习的积极性,还能在更深层次上提高学生对药学专业的认可度。为以后从事药学相关的工作打下良好的思想基础。Medicinal chemistry is the main course of pharmacy,of which the contents are about the drug’s physicochemical properties,chemical structures,synthesis routes and structure-activity relationship.For the study of medicinal chemistry,organic chemistry basics is necessary.It will be hard work if the students are not interested in pharmacy.During the teaching of medicinal chemistry,we found that it is possible to construct professional pride in this course by four levels of teaching design,a)Pharmacy determines the health and life expectancy of human,and it is the great career forever;b)Let students know how the pharmacy researchers work and how they feel about their career;c)Pharmacy is common in our life,and the knowledge of medicinal chemistry is helpful to the health of ourselves;d)It is the responsibility of pharmacy workers to develop the pharmacy engineering of our country.Professional pride can further stimulate the learning interest,which is the best teacher of students.This can not only improve the initiative of learning medicinal chemistry and other pharmacy courses,but also cultivate the passion of pharmacy work in the future.
