摘  要:师资匮乏是开展跨学科融合教育(STEM)的首要困难,加强小学STEM教师职前培养是解决小学STEM师资匮乏有效途径。STEM教师职前培养存在诸多问题:未能得到政府和高校管理部门的重视;缺乏相关法律和政策支持;人才培养模式模糊;缺乏完善的课程体系;缺乏合格的STEM教师职前培养师资队伍;缺乏必要的教学资源。推进小学STEM教师职前培养需要采取相应的对策:政府和高校管理部门要提高认识,高度重视;加强顶层设计,优化STEM教师职前培养的政策环境;探索可行的培养模式;构建完善的课程体系;努力建设一支专兼结合的高质量师资队伍;加大投入,建设实践实训条件;加强产学合作、校地合作、校校合作。The vigorous development of STEM education requires a large number of qualified STEM teachers,while the lack of STEM teachers is the primary difficulty in its development. Thus,the most effective way to solve this shortage is through strengthening the pre-service training of STEM teachers in primary schools. Nowadays,there are many problems in the pre-service training of STEM teachers,such as being short of attention of the government and university management departments;relevant legal and policy support;a comprehensive curriculum system;qualified STEM teachers pre-service training faculty,necessary teaching resources and the talent training model is vague as well. Therefore,promoting the pre-service training of STEM teachers in primary schools requires corresponding measures: 1) to deepen the understanding of the government and university management departments and attach great importance to it;2) to strengthen its top-level design and optimize its policy environment;explore feasible training models;3) to build a complete curriculum system;4) to build a high-quality faculty with various combination;5) to increase investment for practical training conditions;6) to strengthen industry-university cooperation,school-local cooperation,school-school cooperation.
