摘　　要：在"互联网+"的时代背景下,医疗信息化的发展给医院医保管理工作带来了新的机遇与挑战,运用互联网信息技术改变传统的医保管理模式成为医保管理工作的发展方向。本文主要论述了医院传统医保管理中存在的问题,并针对相关问题提出改进措施,探讨借助信息化手段,通过开展医保业务在线办理、申请单电子化等"互联网+"技术优化门诊服务流程,提升医院管理水平的方式,以期为居民就医提供更加优质便捷的医保服务。Under the background of"Internet+"era,the development of medical informatization has brought new opportunities and challenges to the hospital medical insurance management.Using Internet information technology to change the traditional medical insurance management mode has become the development direction of medical insurance management.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the traditional medical insurance management of hospitals,and puts forward some improvement measures for related problems.With the help of information technology,the outpatient service process is optimized by"Internet+"technology such as online medical insurance business and electronic application forms,so as to improve the management level of hospitals,so as to provide more quality and convenient medical insurance services for residents.
