基于TSP的情景模拟教学在外科护理实践课程中的应用与效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于TSP的情景模拟教学在外科护理实践课程中的应用。方法:选择本院2019级护理专业二年级卓越护理班共64人为研究对象,以班级为单位抽签,随机分为实验组29人和对照组35人。对照组采用传统的情景模拟教学方法,实验组情景模拟教学中引入教师标准化病人。课程结束后自制调查问卷,了解2组学生对外科护理实践课程情景模拟教学的满意度。评价条目共6项:包括有助于激发学习兴趣、培养爱伤观念及人文关怀意识、提高表达能力及与病人的沟通能力、有助于培养决策和评判性思维能力、职场环境体验真实度高。结果:实验组学生对情景模拟教学效果各条目的评价得分优于对照组。结论:TSP参与护理情景模拟教学,能有效提高学生对情景模拟教学的效果满意度;TSP分层次培训有助于提高培训效率及TSP队伍的建设;TSP在高职护理教学中的应用推广具有一定的可行性,但如何合理应用TSP是开展情景模拟教学必须关注的问题。Objective To explore the application of scenario simulation teaching based on TSP in surgical nursing practice course.Methods:A total of 64 excellent nursing classes of grade 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(29 students)and control group(35 students).The control group adopted the traditional scenario simulation teaching method,and the experimental group introduced the teacher standardized patients in the scene simulation teaching.After the course,we made a questionnaire to understand the satisfaction of the two groups of students to the scene simulation teaching of surgical nursing practice course.There are 6 items in the evaluation:it can stimulate learning interest,cultivate the concept of love and injury and humanistic care,improve the ability of expression and communication with patients,help to cultivate decision-making and critical thinking ability,and have high authenticity of workplace environment experience.Results:The score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The participation of TSP in nursing scene simulation teaching can effectively improve students'satisfaction with the effect of scene simulation teaching;the hierarchical training of TSP is helpful to improve the training efficiency and the construction of TSP team;the application and promotion of TSP in higher vocational nursing teaching is feasible,but how to reasonably apply TSP is a problem that must be paid attention to in developing scene simulation teaching.
