共创视角下1+X证书制度建设研究

摘　　要：1+X证书制度作为职业教育制度设计的重大创新,对于构建职业教育国家标准、推进人才培养模式改革和对接国际职业标准具有重要意义。本文剖析了实施1+X证书制度面临的挑战,指出1+X证书制度建设是一个系统工程,明确共创视角下进一步推进1+X证书制度的策略方法,以实现学历证书与职业技能等级证书的高度融通,培养出符合人才市场需求的复合型技术技能人才。As a major innovation way in vocational education system design,the 1+X certifi cate system is of great significance for building national standards for vocational education,promoting the reform of talent training models,and connecting with international vocational standards.This study analyzes the challenges faced by the implementation of the 1+X certifi cate system,points out that the construction of the 1+X certifi cate system is a systematic project,and clarifi es the strategies and methods to further promote the 1+X certifi cate system from the perspective of co-creation,so as to realize the academic certifi cate and vocational skill level certifi cate.It has a high degree of integration and cultivates compound technical and technical talents that meet the needs of the talent market.
