国内放射护理临床教学现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析国内放射护理临床教学现状,为全方位培养高质量放射护理教学人才提供支撑数据。方法:采用便利抽样法对由国内20个省、3个自治区和4个直辖市的546所医院组建的放射护士长微信群的护士长进行线上问卷调查,每所医院中选取1名放射科护理管理者,共计546名。调查内容包括放射护理临床教学分布、师资与教学对象基本情况以及临床教学中CT与MRI为主、思想政治与职业素养教学欠缺、以授课及现场模拟急救演练为主的教学模式、以"一对多"为主的教学方式等要素。结果:在被调查的546所医院中承担放射护理教学任务的医院共209所(占38.28%),其中医院对放射护理临床教学师资无资质要求为188所(占89.95%),实习岗位以CT+MRI为主98所(占46.89%),思想政治与职业素养教育79所(占37.80%),以授课及现场模拟急救演练为主的教学模式145所(占69.38%),以"一对多"为主的教学方式117所(占55.98%)。结论:我国放射护理临床教学开展较少,且发展欠均衡,放射护理临床师资不足。面向全方位培养高质量放射护理教学人才需要,亟待从明确教学教师标准、根据教学对象与培养目标制定科学的教学计划、选择恰当的教学方法、完善教学考评体系、加强思想政治与职业素养教育等维度全面增进。Objective:To investigate and analyze the status quo of clinical radiological nursing teaching in China,aiming to cultivate high-quality radiological nursing teaching talents in an all-round way.Methods:The convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct an online survey among the head nurses of radiology nurse WeChat group,and a total of 1 radiology head nurse in each of 546 hospitals was selected.The survey contents include the distribution of clinical teaching of radiation nursing,the basic situation of teachers and teaching objects,CT and MRI in clinical teaching,the lack of ideological,political and professional quality teaching,the teaching mode based on teaching and on-site simulated first aid drill,the teaching mode based on"one to many",and so on.Results:There were 209 hospitals undertaking radiation nursing teaching,accounting for only 38.28%of the investigated teaching hospitals,of which 188 hospitals had no qualification requirements for clinical teaching teachers of radiation nursing(accounting for 89.95%).Computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)(accounting for 46.89%)were the main practice positions,and 79 schools carried out ideological,political and professional quality education(accounting for 37.80%).The teaching methods were mainly based on teaching and on-site simulated first aid drill(accounting for 69.38%),and the teaching method was one to many(accounting for 55.98%).Conclusion:There are few clinical teachings of radiation nursing in my country,and the development is not balanced.There is a shortage of clinical teachers in radiation nursing.How to clarify the teaching teacher standards,formulate scientific teaching plans according to the teaching objects and training objectives,choose appropriate teaching methods,improve the teaching evaluation system,strengthen Ideological and political and professional quality education,to achieve all-round teaching and educating people,etc.need to be deeply considered.
