从理论、历史与实践逻辑看政治监督的薄弱环节及优化路径

摘　　要：理解和把握政治监督,要树立全面的、系统的观点,通过剖析其历史演进、理论要义和实践探索,形成理论的、历史的和实践的观点。从理论看,政治监督,首在政治,本质是从政治上看问题、查责任、严法纪,保证国家政令畅通、令行禁止。从历史看,政治监督,自古有之,大凡历史上的执政者,都依托政治监督的利剑维护统治秩序。从实践看,政治监督对党治国理政极其重要,近年来的实践探索取得了初步成效,也存在薄弱环节,总体上还处于持续深化的关键时期,还需要持续探索政治监督的科学路径。To understand and grasp political supervision,we should establish a comprehensive and systematic viewpoint,and form a historical,theoretical and practical viewpoint by analyzing its historical evolution,theoretical significance and practical exploration.This paper holds that,from the theoretical point of view,political supervision,first in the political,the essence is from the political point of view,inspection responsibility,strict law and discipline,to ensure that the state decrees unblocked,Ban.From the historical point of view,political supervision has existed since ancient times.Most of the rulers in history relied on the sharp sword of political supervision to maintain the ruling order.From a practical point of view,political supervision is extremely important for the party to govern the country and government.In recent years,preliminary results have been achieved in practical exploration,but there are also weak links.On the whole,it is still in a critical period of continuous deepening,we still need to explore the scientific path of political supervision.
